Étiquette - Cheddar de l’Île-aux-Grues

Depending on its aging period, this cheddar presents different tastes. The one-year old cheddar is firm with a nutty taste. When aged for two years or more, the cheese is firmer and dryer with a slightly granular texture. It has a robust, sharp taste. Try them all with their range of flavours and textures.

Only the mild cheddar is made from pasteurized cow milk.
