In order to appreciate it’s ‘’finesse’’, Le Chèvre-Vache may be served thinly sliced on a cheese platter.
This cheese is made from a mix of Fromagerie Medard's own herd of Brown Swiss cow's milk while the goat milk is provided by a farm located in Princeville Qc.
