Léonne fondue is made from the organic white beer of the same name, from Le Naufrageur microbrewery in Carleton. It is characterized by its aromas that are both delicate and tasty. The citrus notes of the beer and the cheeses of the Fromagerie de l'Isle are a happy marriage.
